We build every filter around the number on the old one
Future Way started with a simple irritation: replacement filters that almost fit. A cartridge a quarter inch short, a HEPA ring that rattles in its housing, a wick that folds over once it is wet. We decided to start from the other end — the part number, the tape measure, the housing it has to seal against.
How a filter becomes a Future Way filter

Measure
We take the original filter apart on paper: length, outside diameter, core size, end-cap style, gasket. Those numbers go on every product page as the fit check.

Match
We line up the OEM part number with its Pleatco, Unicel and Filbur equivalents and the model list of machines it serves, so one search covers every name the filter goes by.

Media
Only then do we choose what goes inside: trilobal NSF/ANSI 50 certified fabric for water, H13 True HEPA and activated carbon for air, smell-resistant wood fiber for humidifier wicks.

Swap
The last test is the five-minute one. Old filter out, ours in, lid closed, pressure or airflow back where it should be. If that takes longer, the design goes back a step.
